Shipping information

We ship from Utah and process orders Monday through Saturday. Most orders ship within one business day. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its progress.

When will my order arrive?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–6 business days after shipment. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time may ship the same day, but same-day processing is not guaranteed. Processing and delivery times can vary by order and destination.

Shipping options at checkout

For eligible U.S. orders, available options may include free Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping, UPS 2-day, and Express Shipping. Express is our fastest listed option, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 days after shipment. The options and prices available for your order are shown at checkout and can vary depending on the items in your cart and the delivery address.

If you need an order quickly, choose an expedited option at checkout. We aim to process Express orders placed by noon Mountain Time the same day; orders placed later are typically processed the next day. This is a processing target, not a guaranteed delivery date. Express can arrive the next day in some locations, but allow up to two days in others.

Carriers and delivery requests

We use tracked shipping services, including USPS and UPS, depending on the option selected. Express shipping does not require a signature by default. If you would like to request signature confirmation, add a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate the request, but it may affect delivery timing or require someone to be available to receive the package.
