Returns made simple

We want you to feel confident ordering from Klawk Watches. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

We cover return shipping with a prepaid return label.

How to start a return

1. Email sales@klawkwatches.com with your order number and let us know you’d like to return your watch.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the watch securely with any box or manuals you received and send it back.

Please return the watch in the same condition you received it. If it arrived damaged or defective, let us know when you contact us so we can help.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll issue your refund promptly after we receive the return and verify its condition.
